What is the order process?
Once you submit your order, we review it and provide confirmation. After confirming the details, we send the goods. If they are in stock or we agree to accept the delivery date if the product has yet to be manufactured.
How long does the order fulfillment take?
Order fulfillment usually takes 2-4 days for small orders of standard products and depends only on the location of the place of delivery. Large production orders can take up to 8 weeks if they are not agreed in advance in the preliminary production schedule.
Do you offer delivery and what are the costs?
Yes, each time our order is calculated with transportation to the customer. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Absolutely! Contact us with the details of your project, and we’ll be happy to provide a free quote.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Usually yes, it does not apply to products ordered on special request of the customer.
What to do when a shipment goes missing?
We always provide the shipping number. You can always check the location yourself or contact us.
What to do when a shipment does not comply with the order or is damaged?
If the damage is visible and assessed as transport damage, please make a note on the delivery document and take photo. Any quantity discrepancies please report when taking delivery if possible.
